Message	I've dealt with him before, and he is a good guy in my experience. As for 2.4 vs 2.5, without a caliper, measuring them perfectly is tough. If all he had was a ruler, or a tape, it would be very easy to mistake one for the other. Also, on your part, it would be very easy to make the mistake, even with a caliper, if you weren't measuring a perfect diameter.
